TBA Pray for Snow Party at Hard Rock Cafe; Sierra-at-Tahoe's annual salute to winter. Event includes Sierra's famous snowcalling contest where competitors sing, dance and rap to get Mother Nature's attention.

Volcom Peanut Butter and Rail Jam; Free youth snowboard event for all ages in a true jam format. Youth, men & women divisions!! Registration from 8-9am in the Aspen Café. Complimentary peanut butter and jam sandwiches, sodas and hotdogs…lots of prizes.

19-20 Cal Big Band; UC Berkeley's band rocks the slopes with big sound for two days during MLK weekend.
19-25 National Safety Awareness Week; a week filled with fun activities and contests for kids and adults that focus on safety on the slopes. http://www.nsaa.org/nsaa/home
21 MLK Day Family Games; Grab your favorite family member and try your luck through an obstacle course of inner tubes, a ring toss, a 3-legged race and ski pole spin to mention a few. The best time wins cool prizes and much praise!

Superbowl Sunday; Come checkout the big game in the Sierra Pub and enjoy food and drink specials, party favors and raffle prizes. Fun for the entire family.
? 3rd Annual Ryan Shreve Memorial Ski Race; A dual slalom ski race open to fire fighters of Northern California. Entry fee is $50 which includes lift ticket and ski race entry. Register in the Aspen Café between 8-9a.m.

11-14 Snowsports Week; Fundraiser for local community non-profit organizations. Lift tickets can be purchased around the community for $35.
President's Day Flag Hunt; Get the family together to form a team and head out on the mountain to look for Red, White & Blue. Winners get cool prizes and get to keep the treasure! Meet on the Java deck at 11am.

Buckle Up Memorial for Greg Smith; Ski and Snowboarders unit for throw down in memory of Sierra team rider, Greg Smith. This freestyle event is complete with a live dj, great prizes and a safety belt demonstration by the CHP to make sure you stay safe.

23 Easter Sunday Festivities; Easter egg hunts, egg toss and appearances by the Easter Bunny himself.

5-6 4th Annual Telegrass Festival; Telegrass clinics, Bluegrass bands and equipment demos.
?? Shake-N-Bake Jib-N-Jam; A slopestyle, slide-n-shoot contest and pond skimming. Open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages!
