Conditions of Purchase:
· Season passes are non-transferable. It is a crime to transfer passes and will be treated as such.
· All purchases are final: Future promotions are independent of this offering. NO refunds for any reason including but not limited to: sickness, injuries, health problems, weather conditions, man made or natural disasters.
· College students must present proof via official class schedule or transcript of full time status (12 credits or more) fall 2006 semester.
· Age as of July 7th and beyond will determine eligibility for all passes. You must provide us with proof of age.
· Persons under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardians sign the risk agreement.
· If the identification pass is lost or stolen, you must notify Whiteface at once. A fee of $25.00 will be charged to process a new pass. There is a $5.00 fee to print a one-day ticket for pass holders that have forgotten their pass.
· A plastic identification pass will be issued for each season pass purchased. This identification pass serves as a permanent lift ticket for the season. This pass must be clearly presented to the Ticket Checker/Scanners at every lift entrance.
· Ski area regulations are enforced by the reckless skier policy and New York State Code Rule 54, Article 18, "Safety in Skiing Code." Any misuse, misconduct or nuisance caused by the pass holder or failure to follow ski area policy may result in confiscation of the pass without refund or other consideration. Whiteface Mountain management reserves the right to confiscate season passes depending upon the severity of rules infractions.
· Whiteface Mountain Management reserves the right to cancel a program if less than 6 participants register for that program.
