12/12-20 Lean to Ski Free Week
Gunstock’s Mountain Magic award winning learn-to ski or ride program and your first day is free,
12/18 First day of Night Skiing
12/19 Holiday Tree Ornaments. Make your own to take home for your tree and don’t forget the birds. You can make a string for them. We will supply all the fixings for both.
12/20 Santa Stop
Santa will be at Gunstock 12-3 pm. Santa will be greeting guests in front of the grand fireplace in the main lodge he will be passing out sweet treats. Bring your camera Santa will be happy to pose with you.
12/24-25 Closed Christmas Eve at 4:00pm and closed Christmas day.
12/27 -28 BONUS NIGHTS Sunday and Monday. Sunday night special 2 night lift tickets for the price
of 1. Open Monday night.
12/31 Gunstock Rocks New Year’s Eve
Kick off the New Year skiing and riding until 11:30pm. Wandering entertainers, balloon artist, face painter, live band and end the night with a Fantastic Fireworks display on the mountain at midnight.
January
1/9 Belknap County Day
Gunstock offers “2 for 1 Primetime full-day lift tickets with proof of residency.
1/10 Gunnymania Day
Featuring Gunstock’s mascot Gunny Bear and other local mascots. Wear your Gunny Bear accessories like fuzzy hats or coats and bear ears. Prizes for the best bear accessories. Bring your cameras and take some selfies with Gunny and post them up. We will award prizes for some of the best photos.
1/16 Wild Life Encounters
An interactive live show where you get to see and touch the animals. Bring your camera.
1/16- 17 Free Mountain Side Outfitters Demo Days
1/17 Waffle Eating Contest for kids ages 6-12. See how fast you can devour a jumbo waffle.
1/23-24 Winterfest Weekend
Maple on Snow, kids outside obstacle race, face painting, magician and lots more all weekend.
February
2/6 -7 Chair Lift Trivia. Lots of chairs will be picked today for chair lift trivia. Can you answer the Gunstock Trivia questions by time you get to the top. If you can you will have a chance to win a grand prize.
/2/13-28 Vacation Weeks
Ongoing family entertainment, fun and excitement. A few things on the list are Glow in the Dark Night, live music, take home trinkets to make and more. Check the Gunstock web for the daily activities.
2/14 Valentine’s Day
Find a rose with a valentine heart on the slopes and win a prize. Register to win a 2 day ski and stay package.
2/19 Balloon artist twisting up wonderful creations for you to take home like hats, animals and aliens.
2/20 Live music in the main lodge and a Fantastic Fireworks Display at 9:00pm on the mountain.
2/21 DJ in the main lodge. Great music and games, prizes and giveaways.
2/26 Wildlife Encounters back with the exotic animals. Learn about each one and you get to see and touch them.
March
3/12- 13 Mountside Outfitters free Demos Days all of the latest equipment.
3/13 Sunday Daylight Savings Bonus hour
Ski an extra hour. Lifts will be open until 5:00pm
3/17 St. Patrick’s Day
Wear your green and hunt for Shamrocks and pots of gold on the mountain for prizes.
Lots of green beer will be flowing in the bar with some Irish tunes playing and of course some great Irish specials in the cafe’.
3/20 First Day of Spring Sunday. ” Spring Fling Day” Cardboard slide contest and spring snow sculpture contest. Get your team together a great day. There will be lots of fun spring giveaways and prizes. Live music, beverages specials and smores.
3/26 Create your own Easter eggs to take home. We will supply different styles of eggs and all the decorations.
3/27 Easter Day…Kids bring your basket for the Easter egg hunt at 11:30.
April
4/3 B.Y.O.D.C. Pond Cross
It means “bring your own dry clothes” Held outside the Stockade Lodge with live a live band,
barbecue, lots of giveaways and drink specials.
